Kitchenaid Hand Mixer
The KitchenAid hand mixers are a wonderful product to have in the kitchen. For a lifetime of using both the stand mixer and the handheld mixers for mixing the batter, dough, freezing, and much more, I convinced myself that the KitchenAid hand mixers are a must-have appliance in any kitchen. Even if you are not a “do it yourself” kind of person who likes to do things by yourself, with the KitchenAid mixer you can make a professional-looking cake in under 5 minutes flat! It really couldn’t get any easier. If you want a simple way to bake your own cookies, or if you are into cooking oatmeal or other pastries, then the KitchenAid Mixer is exactly what you need. You will love the quick and easy mixers, the ability to make a variety of different foods, and most of all, how quick and simple it is. I must say that I really did not expect the KitchenAid Mixer to perform as it did for me. After years of using the stand mixers, I decided to give the KitchenAid a try and I was amazed.
There is no question that the size of the bowl is great, but what impressed me the most was the speed at which the bowl spins. This is very important when mixing hot ingredients such as eggs and whipping cream. In fact, with the quick beaters, you can whip up one batch of delicious cookies in less than five minutes flat! If you are looking for a good solid mixer that does an amazing job and won’t cost an arm and a leg, the KitchenAid 7-speed hand mixer would be a great choice. One thing that I do recommend though, is that you purchase the whisk attachment separately, as this is required when making meringue and would clog the mixers if purchased as a single unit. Also, keep in mind that the whisk attaches to the bowl by way of a hook, so make sure you have one handy while you shop.
