KitchenAid Hand Mixer
The KitchenAid stand mixer is the classic tool for the kitchen. It’s big, it’s heavy, it’s slow, but it still does its job extremely well. The KitchenAid stand mixers are like a smaller workhorse younger brother of KitchenAid s classic stand mixers. For example, the new KitchenAid Artisan Series Stand Mixer is made up of five different series, including the Artisan Professional Series, which includes the handheld version, the Artisan Ground Game, and the Artisan Deep Sets. The stand mixers all have the same wonderful feature which is the large circular kneading dough hook. The difference though is in the size of the bowl as it is now larger to accommodate all the bits and pieces of dough that are not going into the typical cookie recipe and are instead intended for different recipes such as muffins, sponge cakes, French toast, or so on.
Other added features include the fact that KitchenAid also offers attachments such as a zipper foot attachment, a non-stick skillet, skillets, and a whisk, among others. These attachments can be added to the hand mixers to create a variety of different recipes from all the different options available. The only downside to the attachments is that they tend to get caught up in the cutters and can take some time to remove, especially if you don’t have a very large pot to whisk things in.
